Vivo X100 Pro Takes the Global Stage: Unveiling a Powerhouse with Cutting-Edge Features
Following its initial launch in China, the Vivo X100 Pro made its global debut, showcasing a remarkable addition to Vivo’s X Series. Boasting a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits, the X100 Pro makes a statement in the competitive smartphone landscape.
Powered by Mediatek’s state-of-the-art Dimensity 9300 chipset, the X100 Pro integrates on-device generative AI capabilities. Mediatek’s promises of running AI models with 7 billion parameters per second and generating images with Stable Diffusion in less than one second align with the phone’s commitment to advanced AI processing, similar to Google’s Pixel 8.
The device stands out in the photography arena, featuring a triple-camera setup on the rear, each boasting a 50-megapixel lens with wide, ultra-wide, and periscope-style telephoto capabilities. The camera system, branded by Zeiss, introduces features like a T* lens coating and Zeiss optics, promising high-quality imaging. On the front, a 32-megapixel camera handles selfies and video chats.
Equipped with a robust 5,400mAh battery, the X100 Pro supports 100W wired fast charging and wireless charging at 50W. The smartphone’s AI-powered night mode enhances low-light photography, contributing to its versatile camera capabilities. Despite its global launch, Vivo has not announced plans to release the X100 Pro in the US, and the official price remains undisclosed.
