Tech enthusiasts and PC builders have long yearned for a clutter-free, immaculate build, and Maingear is stepping up to deliver just that with its latest offering—the Zero Drop desktop. This innovative system is the pioneer in a series that redefines cable management, seamlessly routing power and data cables to the rear for a sleek and tidy appearance. While assembling cutting-edge tech yourself can be a rewarding experience, the Zero Drop presents an enticing pre-built option that exudes both sophistication and functionality.

The Zero Drop features an elegant MSI Mag Pano M1000 PZ white enclosure paired with the Project Zero B760M motherboard, a dynamic duo that allows for the concealment of major power and data cables behind the motherboard. The aesthetic appeal is heightened by the inclusion of an Intel Core i7-14700K processor, efficiently cooled with a Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L AIO cooler. Complementing the build is the latest RTX 4070 Ti Super graphics card, 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory, and a spacious 2TB of PCIe 4.0 storage. The power supply, an 850-watt MSI MAG A850GL, ensures reliable performance.

Visually striking with its all-white design and wraparound tempered glass, the Zero Drop showcases its clean components. The shrouded power supply and strategically positioned intake fans provide an unobstructed view of the internal electronics. Limited to just 50 units, the Zero Drop is currently available for purchase on Maingear’s website at a price of $2,499. If you miss out on this exclusive release, fear not—Maingear has already teased another build, The NV9 Zero Concept, featuring a similar rear-running cable system and based on the Phanteks NV9 case. Anticipated to be available in the first quarter of 2024, this series offers a glimpse into the future of cable management, and for those who prefer a hands-on approach, the components will eventually be available for individual retail purchase.
