Nvidia has been promoting its latest application—aptly named the Nvidia App—since February. The company announced its plans to transition all remaining GeForce Experience users to the new Nvidia App once it exits the beta phase before the year concludes. If you’ve been hesitant to make the switch, now may be the time to embrace the change.

In conjunction with this announcement, Nvidia’s blog post highlights several new features for the app. G-Sync controls are now conveniently located in the System tab, replacing the previously confusing settings panel buried deep within Windows. Additionally, users can now apply RTX HDR visuals to games that span multiple monitors.

Nvidia has also responded to user feedback by introducing “sticky” game sorting, which retains your preferences even after closing the app, as well as a faster method for applying optimal graphics settings to individual games.

Another noteworthy addition is the driver rollback feature, enabling users to quickly uninstall a recently installed driver via the Nvidia App. However, it’s important to note that this feature does not apply to drivers installed through GeForce Experience (which can still operate alongside the Nvidia App) or drivers that have been manually downloaded from Nvidia’s website.
