A useful tip if you use several devices with one Microsoft account.
If you use several devices with one Microsoft account, you can actually synchronize the content of the clipboard between all of your devices. This is useful if you want to keep your files, photos, and other digital items in one place. It’s surprisingly easy to do as well. Not sure where to begin? Don’t sweat it, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
To do this, open the Windows settings and click on “System -> Clipboard.” Activate the”Clipboard history,” which saves all the content that you once had in the clipboard. Make sure the following is displayed with a green icon at the top of the window, “Your Microsoft account is synchronized with Windows.”
You’ll then want to activate the option “Clipboard history on all your devices.” Select whether the text should be synchronized automatically (“Automatically synchronism text copied by me”) or if you want to control the processes manually (“Manually synchronism text copied by me”).
If you select manual synchronization, you can carry out the synchronization for the respective entry when calling up the clipboard history via the menu and clicking on the cloud icon.

You can also change the settings at any time and deactivate synchronization if you no longer want to use it.
