What specs and features will the Honor Magic 7 have?

Honor Magic 7 Pro

The Honor Magic 7 Pro is designed to offer flagship-level performance and features. Its 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display provides a resolution of 1280x2800px, a smooth 1-120Hz refresh rate, and a remarkable peak brightness of 5,000 nits.

The device’s micro quad-curved glass design ensures a premium look and feel, while IP68 and IP69 certifications protect it against dust, water, and even hot water jets.

Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset powers the Magic 7 Pro, paired with 12GB of RAM. Storage options go up to 512GB, catering to users needing significant storage capacity.

The Magic 7 Pro boasts a 50Mp main camera with a two-step variable aperture (f/1.4-f/2.0), a 200Mp 3x periscope zoom camera with a 69mm f/2.6 lens, and a 50Mp ultrawide lens with macro capabilities.

Selfies are handled by a 50Mp front camera, which is housed alongside a 3D face-scanning camera in a pill-shaped notch. It also features an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner beneath the display.

The Magic 7 Pro includes a 5,270mAh battery that supports both 100W wired and wireless charging.

On the software side, the device runs MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15, with Honor’s latest AI features and Magic Portal for advanced productivity.

At the forefront of MagicOS 9.0 is the evolved Yoyo AI Agent, which now handles complex, autonomous tasks with an improved understanding of user context, preferences, and habits. For instance, Yoyo can order and pay for coffee from a favourite café.

Another breakthrough is the integration of MagicLM, a suite of large language models embedded at the system level. MagicLM enhances the AI’s ability to process and interact across different media types, including text, visuals, and audio.

Unlike more restrictive AI ecosystems, MagicOS 9.0’s open AI platform enables Yoyo to operate with third-party apps, providing a fluid user experience.
