HyperX Pulsefire Saga: Gaming Mice for Customization Enthusiasts

When standard gaming mice fall short, personalization offers a compelling alternative. The newly announced HyperX Pulsefire Saga Pro (wireless) and HyperX Pulsefire Saga (wired), unveiled at CES 2025, take customization to a new level by embracing 3D-printed parts.

These mice feature interchangeable magnetic chassis and swappable buttons, enabling users to fine-tune their devices for comfort and performance. Each model includes a pair of shells, button covers, and side buttons to kickstart the customization process. But the real innovation lies in the open invitation to 3D print custom parts, with downloadable designs provided by HP. This approach is a dream for DIY enthusiasts, fostering creativity and collaboration among gamers and 3D printing communities.

Beyond customization, the Sagas are equipped with impressive hardware. Both mice feature a 26K HyperX sensor (26,000 DPI), 650 IPS maximum tracking speed, and 50G acceleration. Optical switches ensure lightning-fast actuation, while polling rates stand out: 4,000Hz for the Saga Pro and 8,000Hz for the wired Saga. Weights are tailored for competitive play, with the wired version at 69g and the wireless at 79g.

The HyperX Pulsefire Saga mice launch in March, priced at $79.99 for the wired model and $119.99 for the wireless Pro. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or a DIY tinkerer, these customizable mice promise a gaming experience tailored to you.
