However, OnePlus also cautions that the order and timeline could change, as the rollout remains a beta program subject to ongoing improvements.
OxygenOS 15 promises to introduce a refreshed aesthetic and deliver an ultra-smooth experience powered by Parallel Processing, which synchronises animations across widgets, components, and folders.
The system’s visual overhaul includes vibrant new icons, upgraded Shelf customisation, and a split-mode notification drawer that lets users access quick settings more intuitively.
OnePlus has also packed OxygenOS 15 with AI-driven tools designed to make daily use seamless. A new ‘AI Assistant’ integrated within Notes can organise, polish, and refine user writing, while the advanced AI toolbox provides features like summarisation, writing enhancement, and quick responses for messaging apps.
What’s more, OnePlus debuts OneTake, allowing users to set photos from their camera or gallery as dynamic wallpapers with the Depth function. The home screen and lock screen can now also feature custom clock colours, blurred backgrounds, and other interactive options to reflect each user’s unique style.
Lastly, OnePlus will also follow other manufacturers with a trend of bringing Circle to Search feature to their devices.
