Baseus S2 Solar Security Camera Brings Advanced Features for $149
Baseus has unveiled the S2 solar-powered security camera, a $149 device that enhances home security with cutting-edge solar tracking, advanced motion detection, and a completely wire-free design. Building on the S1 Pro, the S2 introduces Ultra 4K resolution, providing even sharper visuals and improved clarity for detailed surveillance.
The standout feature of the S2 is its solar tracking system, which rotates 40 degrees left and right to maximize sunlight exposure. This innovation generates twice the energy compared to fixed solar panels, minimizing the need for manual recharging. Alongside this, dual sensor detection—a combination of PIR motion sensing and radar—ensures precise motion tracking and reduces false alarms from animals or environmental factors.
The S2 supports up to 256GB of local storage via TF cards, removing subscription fees, while its advanced night vision guarantees reliable low-light performance. With IP67 weatherproofing and a streamlined installation process, the S2 is built to withstand harsh conditions and simplify setup.
Available in June, the S2 offers a robust security solution for those seeking enhanced monitoring capabilities.
