The catch is that it’s refurbished, but for the amount of memory you’re getting at this price, it’s hard to complain.
That said, the EliteBook 845 G8 isn’t exactly cutting edge. The 6-core Ryzen Pro 5650U processor is built on AMD’s older Zen 3 architecture from 2021 and relies on DDR4 memory rather than the newer DDR5 standard. Storage is also tight, with just 256GB of SSD space — a pretty limiting amount in 2025.
