If you’ve ever used a classic calculator with a tiny solar panel, you probably remember never having to worry about replacing batteries. Logitech is bringing that convenience back to modern wireless keyboards with a new design, building on earlier efforts like the K750. A leaked Amazon Mexico listing, spotted by Tom’s Hardware before it was removed, revealed the upcoming Logitech Signature Slim Solar+, a keyboard that blends sustainability, functionality, and style.

According to the listing, the Signature Slim Solar+ sports a full-sized layout, including a dedicated 10-key number pad, making it ideal for both productivity and data-entry tasks. The keyboard body is crafted from 70 percent recycled plastic, reflecting Logitech’s growing focus on eco-friendly products. Despite being a full-sized keyboard, it’s astonishingly lightweight at 700 grams (1.5 pounds), making it portable for home or office use. The solar-powered design allows the internal battery to last for up to 10 years under normal usage, drawing energy from natural sunlight or even artificial indoor lighting.

Connectivity is versatile: the keyboard can pair with up to three devices simultaneously, allowing users to switch between a PC, tablet, or smartphone with the press of a button. It also supports some degree of customization through Logitech’s Options+ software, letting users assign shortcuts or reprogram keys. A USB-C dongle is included for users who prefer a dedicated wireless connection over Bluetooth. While official pricing and release dates haven’t been announced, the fact that a retail listing was prepared suggests Logitech may be gearing up for a launch soon. Overall, this keyboard looks like a thoughtful mix of sustainability, ergonomics, and modern convenience for users who want a long-lasting, low-maintenance input device.
