Poland’s digital affairs minister Krzysztof Gawkowski said cyberattacks from Russia have surged this year, with incidents tripling and increasingly targeting energy and utility systems.
He revealed that Poland faces up to 4,000 cyber incidents daily, many linked to Russian intelligence, and that a major attack in September coincided with a Russian drone strike, spreading disinformation through reactivated bot networks.
