Top Wall Street executives are set to gather at Donald Trump’s private Mar-a-Lago club for a high-profile forum focused on the future of finance and digital assets.
The event, known as the World Liberty Forum, is organized by Trump family-backed crypto venture World Liberty Financial and will be hosted by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
Scheduled speakers include Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon, Nasdaq chief Adena Friedman, and NYSE president Lynn Martin, alongside senior U.S. officials and lawmakers involved in financial oversight.
The gathering brings together regulators, financial institutions, and crypto stakeholders to discuss digital currency policy and innovation.
While organizers describe the forum as a platform for dialogue and strengthening the role of the U.S. dollar in the digital economy, critics argue it highlights potential conflicts of interest between government influence and private crypto ventures linked to the Trump family.
World Liberty Financial has grown into a major part of the family’s business interests, with its USD1 stablecoin reportedly surpassing $5 billion in circulation.
Officials say President Trump will not attend the event and his business interests remain under a family-managed trust.
